Reservations Policy
Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance and can only be made by calling (386) 439-3111.

At the time of making a reservation we will take a $50.00 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit fee for all daily, weekly, cabin, and holidays/event reservations. All beachfront reservations for stays ranging from two to four weeks will be charged a $100.00 non-refundable/non-
All holidays, events and cabins require a minimum two-night stay.
After your reservation has been guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit, you will receive an email confirming the details of your stay. Please be sure to review these details thoroughly.
Site location is not guaranteed.
Wireless internet (wi-fi) operation is not guaranteed.
There are no refunds after check-in.

Effective October 1, 2024, Beverly Beach Camptown’s new reservation deposit policy goes into effect.
For each 7 nights of a reservation, a $50 non-refundable, non-transferrable policy will be collected. If you cancel, no-show, or need to move/modify/change the dates outside of the initial reservation window, you will forfeit the deposit.
Reservations from 1 to 7 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $50.
Reservations from 8-14 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $100.
Reservations from 15-21 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $150.
Reservations from 22-31 nights (including monthly reservations), the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $200.
The balance for the reserved stay is due upon check-in, and there are no refunds after check in.
