Cancellation Policy

At the time of making a reservation we will take a $50.00 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit fee for all daily, weekly, cabin, and holidays/event reservations. Monthly reservations require a $100.00 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit fee.  Should you need to cancel, you will forfeit the deposit fee.

Effective October 1, 2024, Beverly Beach Camptown’s new reservation deposit policy goes into effect.

For each 7 nights of a reservation, a $50 non-refundable, non-transferrable policy will be collected.  If you cancel, no-show, or need to move/modify/change the dates outside of the initial reservation window, you will forfeit the deposit.

Reservations from 1 to 7 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $50.

Reservations from 8-14 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $100.

Reservations from 15-21 nights, the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $150.

Reservations from 22-31 nights (including monthly reservations), the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be $200. 

The balance for the reserved stay is due upon check-in, and there are no refunds after check in.
